About the Author

Evelyn Tribole, MS, RD, is an award-winning registered dietitian with a nutrition counseling practice in Newport Beach, California. She was the nutrition expert for Good Morning America and was a national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association for six years. Elyse Resch, MS, RD, FADA, CEDRD, has been in private practice in Beverly Hills, California, as a nutrition therapist for thirty years, specializing in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and preventative nutrition. Pam Ward found her true calling reading books for the blind and physically handicapped for the Library of Congress' Talking Books program. The fact that she can work with Blackstone Audio from the beauty of the mountains of Southern Oregon is an unexpected bonus. Her audiobook narration has won two AudioFile Earphones Awards.
